There are 4 beach clubs around the Lake.
TAVERN BAY BEACH CLUB:
is the most extensive with guarded parking access during the summer months, a beach, a grassy play area for kids, picnic tables, food stand and bathrooms. Many Homeowners also like to have a dock in the area. There are 2 multiple docks- TBm 1 and TBm 2 with about 20 docks each that have gated access from the Club area. There is also a day use dock for other Woods residents who want to access the Club via the Lake. In addition there are many privately owned single, double and triple docks close by. This Club is located on the North Shore and many nearby residence simply take a short stroll to the Club.
BURNT MILL BEACH CLUB:
Is located to the left of the Arrowhead Resort and has a small beach and plenty of parking for guests. There is also a large building that Woods Residents can rent for parties and other events.
PENINSULA PARK:
Located in the Marina area and can be accessed from the North Shore Estates Gates on Hwy 173. However there are more then 100 stairs down from this location and parking is very limited. The better access is through the Marina area to reach the BBQ pits, benches, beach and bathrooms that make up this beach club.
GRASS VALLEY BEACH CLUB:
Which is located along the smaller Golf Course Lake/Reservoir on the west side of the Woods on Golf Course Road. This Club consists of a parking area, a flat grassy area with picnic tables and bathrooms.
